This is the Reiss Almeria Burnout Ruffle Dress in Size 4. It’s an incredibly light dress with ruffle accents and a hem slit in the front. It also has a deep V-neck back that’s secured with self-ties. Was only worn on two occasions, still in pristine condition with no flaws!
