Pre-loved maxi dress worn one time for a special occasion. Strapless, reversible, stretch knit on top and gorgeous flowy impressionist water color design at bottom. The top laying flat measures 13" (from underarm to underarm stretched it measures 16" across). Waistline laying flat measures 12" across (stretched it measures 15.5"). The overall length from top to bottom measures " inches. Purchased from Nordstrom. Misses sizing. May need some light ironing due to being placed in storage.
