I had to put down my special little rescue dog today,Jazzy. I wanted all of you to see how special & adorable this precious little soul was to me! It's been only 5 hrs,& I am numb- hurting beyond words- this girl put a smile on my face ever second of everyday/ for the far too short 7 months I had her! The little kick she had in her step,when feeling well- was absolutely adorable,her cold nose was kissed way too much-but still always allowed me to kiss- until I see u in heaven -run free my love

set9508 @luvgrasi I'm in tears :( So sorry you had to let go of your sweet baby. It's so hard to lose a four-legged family member, they are so much more than just pets! She was lucky to be in your care for those 7 months. I know we don't know each other, but God bless you for your compassionate and kind heart. RIP Jazzy :(

luvgrasi @janeenie32 - ah that's so thoughtful- and means a lot... Yeah ... Time it's the only thing gonna help- day by day- I know people say - "oh come on... It was just a dog... Get over it" I will never get over letting her go... I pray it comes sooner than later that I can think about her and smile, and not cry & feel so sad... Thank you again...🐾🐾

luvgrasi @5kewlklosets I am so sorry about your dog! Was it one of the pictured critters in the carrier post that you're selling? Adorable - by the way! It will get easier with time I promise- those first 2 weeks or so were up & down and all around of emotions.... I literally hurt more with letting jazzy go than with any other of my pets- so I felt guilty about that.... I was a mess! But now I smile and don't flood my eyes when I remember her! I miss her.... Man do I miss that little dog .... She left me and my family with some pretty incredible memories! As I am sure your special dog did too! You will always have those - for right now thou you will mourn him/her... And that is totally normal - I promise you my posh friend it gets better! Again, I truly am sorry for your loss/ and for this empty awful feeling your heart has. Take it minute by minute & in time you won't be so sad. Eventually your natural smile will appear without those tears when you remember your precious baby! Take care:)

nkramer216 I am also a passionate animal lover. I have a little yorkie named Zoe and I can't imagine how rough it will be when I loose her. It hurts just to think about it. I'm sorry for your loss hun. I know it's a terrible pain your feeling :(

2twinzmom The third one was a wiener dog who was born on Martin Luther King's birthday and he had two brothers so the originak owner named them Martin, Luther and King LOL I got Luther at 6 weeks old and he lived to be 10 years old and died with cancer a few years ago, and I understand about how you feel cuz my heart was so broke for so long. I don't think I I've ever gone through that sort of lost ever..

luvgrasi @2twinzmom yes, it's a deep raw kind of pain that I would never wish upon anybody. I can't believe how much I love little dogs now.I rescue the death row seniors. People so much just throw them out like trash. Heartbreaking These old timers being treated as if they have no purpose of life after puppyhood. So sorry bout your little 10yr. Cancer is what took Jazzy too. I lost recently Ernie, my 17y/3legged dog, I still feel I am going to see him in his chair any morning now. 17years.

luvgrasi Just realized - you have twins? I have 6year old girl and boy They just recently celebrated their sixth bday. Talk about life changer. Not sure how these moms do it with multiples /more than one:) Maybe it's just me.

2twinzmom @luvgrasi my chihuahua will be 10 years old on May 8th and my poodle will be 15 years old the 1st of June. My twins will be 19 years old May 1st LOL I am also a twin! But I'm not going to tell you how old I am! LOL
