Made in Japan rare "Japanese" denim "skulls studs and hearts" western shirt from Remi Relief. White snaps, down front, 3 snap cuffs. Heart patches on back. Studs on collar, at bottom of shirt and at left top. 100% cotton, soft worn feel. Men's size Medium. But could easily be unisex. **Runs small so measure carefully.** Measurements are: chest is 36" around, shoulders are 17" across, sleeve length from top of shoulder is 26 1/2" and total length of shirt is 28".
