Hi!!! I love this coat! I just found one at a vintage boot store in New Mexico but it’s a size 10 and I’m between 10-12. The coat is a little cheaper here but may need to upsize. Is this your best and final offer, and what’s the condition?

For me, I think the jacket is in good condition.. As there is very little if any wear. There is a couple of little spots as seen in the picture.

The sleeves are full length, all fringe intact none broken, the marks look like dirt. I would imagine maybe a suede cleaner but I’m not an expert in that.

I’m typically an “8 “ … this is jacket is not skin tight on me. It is loose so if you’re a straight 12 it may fit snug .
