beautiful and iconic button down short sleeve blouse from Rena Rowan for Saville, in a size 18W. mother of pearl buttons with shoulder pads as a homage to the vintage flair of this floral top. Lightweight pure silk fabric. Great condition, a few spots of staining on the silk but hardly noticeable with the pattern (see photos)
