If you zoom in the price tag it said the color it’s gold and I thought the color it’s a blue

I bought it new on Poshmark and I never wore it, so yes I’d say new and yes it has a tag on it.

I can wear a size 6 in normal dresses, but I usually bump up to a size 8 in formal wear, and it fit me good.
