My mom purchased a coach bag from her. She was inaccurate with her description and it was stain. My mom just told her to not lie to her costumers but instead be accurate and let her customers know the real description. She was rude and called her a bitch. I take that offensive because I love pm and no ones have ever disrespected me that way or my mother.
