Taken from a 1981 promotional calendar from The Travelers in Hartford, CT. This image was reprinted from a lithograph by Nathaniel Currier, from 1855. This design by Fanny Palmer exemplifies the simple country life. Colors are muted. Paper is calendar-paper, not thick. Note: reverse side has another Currier & Ives image, “Lake Memphremagog, Owl’s Head" (located in Quebec/VT). Size of frame-able Currier & Ives is 16” x 11.25”.
