This vintage Requirements skirt with pockets and belt set is a must-have for any fashion-forward woman's wardrobe. The skirt is from the 1980s/1990s. New with tags but small discoloration marking under the belt area. This mark is actually color from the belt itself as it sat against the fabric untouched for about 35 years.
