Resi Hammerer Loden Wool Cape Size 36

Beautiful green color, loden wool cape with hood from Australia. Tag states a 36, but not sure what that equates to in the USA. I’m a size 16 and it’s quite large on me. I think it would be more than ample for a USA size 20. In perfect condition with the exception of a small hole on the left arm hole side where it attaches by the hand. Has original buttons with an extra sewn in for replacement. Not sure if it’s vintage or made more recently.
