jenniferlewi217 I’m curious - are these Resistol or Lucchese? Can’t be both. Very different quality and price points.

rachelsauced550 @jenniferlewi217 the seller i bought them from named them lucchesse and after during research I Lucchesse make Resitol.

jenniferlewi217 @rachelsauced550 hmmm not sure where you found that, but Lucchese and Resistol are separate companies. Lucchese has 1883 and Charlie 1 Horse within their product line. Resistol, Stetson, etc are not related. But these are lovely boots. 👍🏼

jenniferlewi217 I just corresponded with Resistol regarding this… they stopped their collaboration with Lucchese about 12 years ago. They’re now in partnership with Allen boots for some of their styles. I hope these gorgeous boots aren’t that old… happy Poshing!!

jenniferlewi217 @rachelsauced550 they’re very nice; I’m not being a jerk, just trying to help … if you’re not a boot expert, it can bite you when the buyer gets them and discovers they aren’t Lucchese. I’ve been there, bought shoes that were advertised as a brand, but they clearly weren’t when I got them. Lesson learned. I donated them, instead of perpetuating the charade. These def need a good home!! 🔥👍🏼🎄

rachelsauced550 I think Im just gonna list as Resistol as that's what the boot says they are, I actually thought they were genuine Lucchese when i bought so it was confusing till i looked up.
