cuccdn @live4style I have a story that I've never told until now...I befriended a so I thought, a lovely person. She also is a SU with a lovely closet. We used to say if match .com matched friends, lol they would have matched us. Long story short. We would text each other and compare stories as well as personal issues in are lives...she would always ask my opinion on pricing, what or what not to say, she hated waiting for her money to clear and became very greedy and needy. I wound up purchasing two items from her and they were very nice except for the one item which was defected to the point, it was unwearable! I had released funds before I even received it, knowing...she gets anxious waiting for her money. I text her about the problem and she took it personal. I shipped it back to her and asked her to find me something els being she knew my taste and style...she got very ugly with me and did not acknowledge my return or refund. Needless to say... We are not cyber friends anymore. Posh gave me a credit not money and said there hands were tied bc we talk and were friends off posh. She blocked me, I blocked her and now...I stay to myself. It's a shame bc there are some lovely women on posh as yourself. But, you never know...

live4style @cuccdn I'm so sorry it took me so long to reply. A lot to do around the house. And I am very sorry to hear that another person ,good person like yourself got mistreated. I have only been doing this for a couple of months now And I noticed that when you are nice to someone they automatically think that your fake. My mom has purchased from Poshmark three different times and twice By two different people she got scammed And that is a shame.

mssweettart Hello everyone. I have been on PM only 2 weeks maybe and already I'm not so sure about the whole thing. First I loved the more intimate buying/selling experience PM offered (as opposed to eBay or Craigslist). Because of that I joined and started to immediately make purchases. ;-). One seller had a couple of buyers haggle her to death but didn't go through with any purchases. Therefore by the time I came around she refused to sell me her shoes because I didn't know I was supposed to say that I am ready to buy, or a serious buyer. I was so hurt because I really wanted her shoes and she never responded to me. My 1st experience! Now I've decided to list some items and no one makes any offers or comments. What am I doing wrong? Listing items take a lot of time and effort....I'm not sure this is all worth it. :-/. Any suggestions ladies?

live4style @mssweettart hello🌷 and welcome to this crazy world called Poshmark😊 I think one of the most important things you need to do is follow people and share.more you follow and the more you share more of your items are going to get seen. You have to share your closet at least five times a day and yes you will have people come and ask you for more pictures measurements discounts and you do all that and they never come back or even say thank you😢 but there's more good than bad and as longus you do what you believe is right you will make sales and you will be a part of a happy family

mssweettart Thanks @live4style for the response. I've actually been doing a ton of sharing, not so much following because most of the closets are not my style or size. Is the trick to still follow those closets? I have a ton of stuff to list that no longer fit..some still with tags on them. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind, sparing your time. 1. Why do some listings have the asking price for really large amounts? 2. Do I need to use really cute emoticons to draw attention to my listings? I don't know how to use any of those apps. I found one but it wasn't easy to use Thanks again

mandapanda83 Hi Ilona! Nice to meet u hun! So sorry u had a horrible experience with another Posher!! I had a HUGE problem with a buyer, and I AM GOING TO NAME HER, @mommyofdkt... I sold her a pair of Miss Me jeans; when she received them she opened a case saying I lied about the inseam. I of course did no such thing and instead of sending me my jeans back; she sent me a pair of 1969 Gap jeans..They are still in my closet!! I emailed posh daily and they said there was nothing they could do. Really??? I continued to email them and threatened to start spreading my bad review of posh all over the internet! They finally took me seriously and called me! I took a pic of what she sent, and they were still posted in her closet!! Unbelievable! I finally got my money back and they took her page down for awhile!! She blocked me of course and would never respond to any messages I wrote her... Buyers/sellers beware of @mommyofdkt!!! Thankfully, that has been the only problem I have had!! I really dislike dishonest people!😡 I try to make my customers feel special with every purchase and even give repeat buyers 30% off of their next purchase! Good luck in the future hun!🌹
