Retired Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Circle Notes Padlock Charm New Jump Ring

This charm shows very minimal wear. There are a few hairline marks on the back that can only be seen with a large flash on the charm. I had it on a bracelet that was rarely worn. I am the original and only owner. This charm was professionally (by T&Co) removed from the original charm bracelet, had a brand new jump ring added, and cleaned - February 2024.
