Retro 70s Vintage High Waist Demin Wrap Mini Skirt by Jet Set

This super adorable skirt is another piece I just bought for myself that ended up not fitting. It fits fine around my waist, but my hips are a size S/M and the gap is a little too far up my leg :( This is a vintage size 7 I guess because it doesn’t fit like a size 7. Measurements: Waist- 12.5”(flat) Length- 16.5”
