Retro Butterfly Dress

Tea length retro dress. Material has some stretch. Red butterflies are embroidered into skirt. There are no belt loops but it does have a tie belt. In excellent condition. Measurements (taken with garment laid flat): Waist to hem - 23" Neck opening - 9.5" Shoulder to shoulder - 14" Bust (armpit to armpit) - 18.25" Waist - 16"
