Retro Chic Party Dress! Mmmmmedium.

Rare, stylish, retro pattern, fun dress purchased at some boutique I can’t remember the name of in CA last year! Tried it on and was too short for it. So I want to say like new-please notice pics, it seems some threading snags occurred. Says it’s a small but this dress looser fit more for sz 6 and I bought the top separate. Selling together as a set! The slinky blue top was $55 and the dress was $78ish I think.
