Retro Dress (Size Unknown)

Vintage satin feel dress with collar and paisley design. Waist tie and back zipper. Back has a slight V detail. Unfortunately, the size is not labeled. I would guess this is a size 8/10 but I can take measurements if you tell me what to measure! Thanks for looking! Please note the yellowing under the armpits, and the yellow stain on the front hem. The dress is poorly hemmed with the back half being sewn but the front half is secured/hemmed with safety pins. This will have to be a project piece!
