Retro Oversized sweater with accents

Funky grey and black thick oversized jumper sweater. 1980s style. Thick neck. Grey with chenille black accents. Not sure if they are supposed to be starbursts or flowers or just spots. Super cute with leggings. Size medium but I wear small usually and wore it with leggings for a fun oversized look
