Closet London Retro Zip-up Polka Dot Midi Dress. Originally purchased off ModCloth. Gently worn and in great condition. Light makeup marks around neckline. Might come out, I haven’t tried a stain remover. Soft, breathable material. Narrow belt loops at sides of waist (no belt included but easy to substitute with what you already have!). Perfect for the office, a dance, or even a wedding. :)
