Snaps up to neck. I bought it at a boutique in London! Would be an oversize for for S-M, or more of a regular fit for L. Mesh shoulder panels are a dark smoky blue, sleeves are blue-grey, middle panels are white with a multicolored heathering, and the dress shirt material around sides and bottom is light pink.
