Super cute retro striped dress from ModCloth. Ruby Belle is the designer name. Size 12 in UK sizing so the dress will fit more like an 8 in US sizing. Fully lined, but one side of the lining is torn (about an 8 in tear) along the seam. Would be easy to repair, but I’ve never tried since you can’t tell at all when wearing the dress.

anpollard @aliciacle yes! So sorry I didn’t see your comment any earlier than now for some reason! The outer layer of fabric is intact, it’s just the slip/lining underneath that’s torn. I’ve worn it several times with the tear. It’s not visible while wearing.
