Brand new. No tags. Never worn. This cute fun colored dress would be awesome for the spring and summer with some cute wedges. Dress is made of super comfy material. You can dress it up dress it down add a belt whatever. Made of polyester and spandex so very stretchy. The tag says "one size" I'd say fits medium and large best but small could still wear it.
