Retro peasant blouse - 3/4 embroidered sleeves, embroidered front, elastic waist. Made recently - could be worn modern or styled pinup/rockabilly/vintage/1940s/1930s Rayon blend has no give but some flex with the elastic at the waist. Pull-over styling with no closures - with elastic on sleeves, they might be able to be worn off the shoulder. Tagged RYB, M.
