A retro 1950s, vintage inspired dress in a blue cotton with hot air balloon novelty print in a classic fit & flare style. Dress zips closed in the back with a newer style metal zipper with a long pull. I believe this was a handmade dress made with vintage fabric made with a vintage pattern.
