Gorgeous handmade vintage style circle midi skirt by Violets in May. Fabric is black cotton, and has a print of pink roses with white fans and ribbon bows. Waist it is 29", total length is about 26". Back zip closure. Excellent like-new condition, worn only once and cleaned.
