Retro inspired strapless party dress - Emerald Sundae brand

Black and white pin-up style bodycon dress with contrasting waistband. Cute peplum section around the waist and down the right thigh. Fully lined. New with tags. Tag says Extra Large, but it runs small. The dress form in the photos is a size 6 and it's fitting on her with no pinning necessary. There's a lot of stretch so would probably fit up to an 8 or 10 and still look amazing. Bust 32" Waist 30" Hips 38" Length 26"
