95% polyester 5% spandex dress with ribbon tie waist that could be tied in the front or back and a v-neck. 40 inches shoulder to hem and 15 in across the bust with a retro looking black, brown, cream, and dark red pattern. Definitely fits smaller than a normal 10; see measurements!
