Traffic People mid-length dress in medium. This has a wide elastic at the end of the sleeve and has fabric that can be tied in front in a bow. Zipper on the side of the dress. Bottom of the dress hits about mid-shin on me and I’m 5’6. Great worn with tights, boots and a belt at the waist. Great condition. No snags, stains, holes or tears. Originally purchased on ModCloth.
