Retro peace and love hat

Wow... this takes me back. I bought this at Spencer's Gifts back in the early 2000's. So measuring around the hat on the inside just like how its shown in the pix ( so where is still room to loosen and tighten it a bit ) is like 21in. this is definitely on th small side of hats.
