Retro polka dot rockabilly dress

Black dress with white polka dots and red trim. The belt/sash is reversible and can blend in or stand out, depending which way you want to go. Fully lined. Built-in padded bra area, zip-back, and adjustable straps. Has stretch to it, so could also fit a 6. 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Some damage to the tulle under-layer (see photos), but it’s not noticeable and could even be removed. Plenty of life left.
