Bust measures 16in. laying flat Waist measures 16in. laying flat it also has some elastic in the waist so there is a little stretch to it. And the length from top of the bust (not including straps) to bottom is 30in. It zips in back ties around the neck and also a tie around the waist in back. Lightly padded so you wont need a bra.
