Retro style striped dress

This dress is marked as 2x however runs more like a size large. It has navy blue, white and black stripes. Rolled short sleeves with a slit at the top neckline. Midi length with a rounded bottom that is slightly short at the bottom side seams. Can be worn with or without waistband. Retro style with thicker synthetic material. This dress might be a little warm on hot days but would be great for work or a party.
