Retro vintage style pastel plaid dress

Adorable pastel dress that looks to be vintage but I’m not absolutely sure of the decade. Yellow lace lining the bottom hem. Elastic straps and waist. Measurements in pictures but also stretches to 23 inches across the bust and waist when pulled out to the max. Can fit an extra small to a large! Model is an extra small for reference and it fits loose but still fits. This dress reminds me of Easter! No flaws that I could find!
