Retrofete Rita dress size xs

Absolutely stunning “Rita” dress by Retrofete. I bought this dress for a wedding, and then Mother Nature decided to be unseasonably warm and I had to go with something else. Velvet, long sleeve, with lots of gorgeous stars beaded all over the dress. The dress has some weight to it, but drapes beautifully when worn. New with tags on. Measurements: *Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 14” *Sleeves 23.5” long. The sleeves are slim and have a zipper at the wrist. *5’ long from shoulder to lower hem. *With wrap tied at it’s tightest, waist is about 12 across. **The waist measurement was particularly tricky. But for reference, I am 5’4”, 110#, and usually wear an XS, 0, or 25. I’m willing to negotiate, but please, no low balls.
