Retrofete Sequin Midi Dress in Black

I think this is the Rebecca dress, has a slit to one side, no tie/sash. NWT - bought for a wedding but never worn. One strap has some fraying where it connects with front of dress, the other strap was repaired by me when purchased - dress is heavy and puts stress on straps. Some frayed threads at hem, loose sequins.
