This is a sample dress from Retrolicious and is one of a kind. It is a "sample size" which is about a 26inch waist (size 4 or 6/Small). 100% Cotton and Unlined. Perfect for Spring/Summer. Measurements are approximate and in photos. Skirt length is from waist and about 26 inches. Since this is a sample, it does not come with tags, but is brand new. Happy to answer any questions.
