Retrolicious watercolor dress M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @angelabqin. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. In excellent used condition. Was too small for me, only tried on, been sitting in my closet ever since. Runs smaller than Retrolicious’ usual medium sizing, fabric has no stretch. Has pockets. Bust: 16” Waist: 14”
