Retro-style Polka-dot Dress w. Crinoline Skirt

Sleeveless polka-dot dress with wide belt and attached crinoline underskirt. Fitted bodice with v-neck and princess seams. Removable belt is approximately 3” wide. Looks like it was taken in with previous owner. Small mark on underskirt. Zipper closure. Machine washable.
