The crushed velvet effect makes this Jacket dressy but honestly, it looks absolutely amazing with everything. I dressed up my jeans with this Jacket and some boots and felt amazing! I wore this to a semi formal event too. It can be worn anywhere. It is missing the bottom button, but it's very low and it wasn't missed. Gently used, good condition

what are the bust measurements?

@jlhpalmer that's hard to measure because it buttons low. the largest bust size that I was when wearing this was 44 F. Hope that helps. :)
