Revamped Dress

NWOT. Very pretty dress with a velvety soft feel. Great for summer. Floral pattern with scrunchy sides. Made to be worn off the shoulder but could work on the shoulder. Form fitting. Size S but has lots of stretch and could fit a M. pit to pit: 16in length: 30in
