Shoulder hang straps are included and easily snap on/off. Dry cleaned immediately following the wedding weekend. I’m 5’4” 118lbs (34B) and this fit perfectly no alterations needed. It was a touch on the shorter side because I wore 3” heels. It was rainy out thay day so it was better it wasn’t brushing on the ground all day for photos.
