laurenaaaa @snehra you’re welcome! I just checked the dress and I can’t quite see where the alteration is, so I’m going to say no it cannot — but it was extremely stretchy, and I was between a 2-4 on the side guide, and it ended up being loose with the 4 (which is why I took it in a bit, to hold it up). Hope this helps!
