Revelry Indie Blue Bouquet Dress

This elegant strapless dress features a beautiful blue floral pattern. Worn Once. Size 10 but Has been altered to fit more like a 6/8. I’m a 5’2” with heels and the length hits the floor and drags a bit. Has a small snag on the front but is not noticeable. The waist tie has been tacked to the dress but can ea be removed.
