Revelry's Penelope Tulle Dress With Slit / Color: Cabernet / Size: 4 Dress has built-in cups and boning to create structure, adjustable straps. Hemmed for 5'5" height wearing 2.5" heels. Dress is in good shape, aside from a few minimal and not-noticeable snags in the delicate tulle fabric; only worn once to an event. Size: 4 as listed on Revelry website includes measurements: Bust: 33.5 in / Waist: 27 in / Hips: 37.5 ... but I found it to be very forgiving in the best and hips. My measurements when I wore it were Bust: 36 in / Waist: 28 in / Hips: 40 in. No stretch in the dress.
