@alaynarbell the dress does not have a hem it does not appear that it has been shortened. The tool netting does not ravel so no need for a hem. If you look in the pictures you can see a little tear around the bottom of the dress that could be snipped and no one would be able to tell because it is so full of layers. I hope this helps! 😊
