Revelry Serendipity Dress in ‘Silver Sage’ Chiffon - Straps Altered; 5’7” Hem

It’s a bridesmaid’s dress you have to buy! How exciting! This is the Serendipity style, Size 0, in chiffon, in the color Silver Sage. I wore it once (OBVIOUSLY) and had it dry cleaned. Re: alterations, I had the straps redone to be thicker and non-adjustable because I hate the plastic bra strap clip look, and moved the formerly clip-on bows (now sewn on) to sit on the back instead of on the shoulder because the snap attachment looked cheap IMO. I had it hemmed to my height— I’m 5’7” and I was wearing about a 1” heel— and I had the tailor sew the slit slightly more closed than the original. IN SUM: You’re going to look like a stalk of celery anyway so you might as well start here! You’re going to have to have it tailored anyway so you might as well start here! Would recommend for someone 5’7” or less since you can make the dress shorter and the straps shorter but neither one longer at this point. Photos of original style at end.
