Reversible All-weather Black Coat

Reversible all-weather black coat with attched corduroy/fleece lined hood, front zipper & velcro pockets, zipper & snap front closure, gunmetal hardware, loose fit cut with toggle adjusts at hood & waist. Fabric: No label, no fabric tags. All prior removed. Based from texture, medium to heavy weight nylon/poly shell (no stretch) with warm corduroy/fleece lining. Good, prior worn condition. Found 5 - 6 tiny white dots on the sleeve & bottom edge of coat.
