Reversible Black & Pink Cotton Soft Neck Cowl

This is a warm, comfortable, one of a kind, stylish pull over head-neck cowl. It's reversible with a fuzzy black polyester material on one side, and a black and pink cotton fabric on the other. Only quality fabrics are used, with each item unique and handmade in the USA by a local, San Francisco designer.
