Reversible Dress Maxi Skirt patterned with lace trim

This can be worn as both a dress and as a maxi skirt. Unique black and beige pattern with black lace trim at the bottom. It has 3 tiers and a ruched top. Perfect condition with that 90’s, y2k aesthetic. Tag says large but fits more like a S/M
